The Irish Sangha Trust (IST) was established in 2011 to support and foster teaching and meditation practice in the Theravada Buddhist tradition in Ireland. The Irish Sangha Trust is non-profit Buddhist organization, entirely dependent on the generosity of the public for voluntary donations.

Our annual schedule includes regular workshops, retreats and meditation sittings. Events are open to everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. We welcome you to join our spiritual friends network and experience the profound benefits of meditation practice.

Sunone Leong

I am Coral Sunone, a meditation practitioner who is in the process of understanding life, in the perspective of wisdom and love of living beings and mankind. I am a meditation and well being social catalyst, traveling most of the time in the last ten years since 2009, sharing the skills I have experienced from my training in Burma.
I have been trained in Burmese tradition meditation for five years, from 2004 to 2009, under the great compassionate of the Burmese community in Mon State, South of Burma. I feel the essence of body and mind could be transmitted so I started travel to meet people who vibrate with same wish. 'To share what is shared to me, to give what is given to me' is a way I show my gratitude to all those who has come across my life!
Thank you for being you. May all the good wishes come true!
